Steve Rogers, who works on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Board of Directors under Director Natalia Romanoff, currently lives in a three-bedroom house in Springfield, Missouri with his life-partner Pietro Maximoff. Also living with them is Steve's adopted son, Theodore Altman, and their Belgian Sheepdog, Probie. Steve and Pietro will have a second son in the future, James Maximoff, who is the biological son of Pietro and Natalia.

Also in the future, Steve has three grandchildren: Samantha, Anelle and Shiloh Kaplan-Altman. These three grandchildren are the product of miraculous pregnancies between Ted Altman and William Kaplan. Samantha, Anelle, Shiloh and their uncle James are able to communicate with the past through Shiloh's powers of post-cognition. Steve also has one great-granddaughter, Gwynneth Braddock, who is the daughter of Zane Braddock and Anelle Kaplan-Altman. Steve's best friends are Wally West, Jarvis Harkness and Brian Braddock. Because of Pietro, Steve's adopted nephews are William Kaplan and Thomas Shepherd. Through Jarvis, Steve considers Angel Harkness to be his surrogate niece.

Currently, Steve's main base of operations is the second SHIELD-designated base in Ft. Leonardwood, used primarily for recruitment and training of SHIELD agents, and was granted to them by the United States Army.

-------------------------

Steve's uniform is still his Heroic Age blue and white spandex. However, he now carries the shield that James "Bucky" Barnes had been using before his death, and if he has to wear clothes over the spandex, it is typically a leather jacket and a pair of jeans. I do not own Marvel, Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America, The Avengers or the character of Captain Steve Rogers (a.k.a. Captain America). The faceclaim that I use for Steve Rogers is Chris Evans. THIS IS A ROLEPLAY ACCOUNT, FOR FUN AND NOT PROFIT.

Hm. Very well, I shall respect your decision, Rogers.

…as in the child of Magneto? I see. Are you happy with him?

I will try to keep such knowledge in mind when dealing with him though I admit I find such theatricality as secret identities…well, you are well aware of my opinions upon the matter. Though you will have to allow me the chance to gauge his character on my own terms. My word shall be kept and he shall not be harmed, however, I cannot accept claims that he is a hero simply because he wears a mask.

As my friend, perhaps you understand best that action far outweighs any form of words in my eyes.

Thank you. That means a lot, coming from you.

Very, very happy with him. He is the sun in my sky and the only thing holding me together some days. Pietro is magnificent, and I don’t know how it took me so long to realize that he was here, waiting for me.

He comes from a place a good deal different than our own. An Earth that has seemingly meshed with ours, and an Earth where there are no mutants, and far fewer heroes. But, I understand. I’m sure you’ll see sooner or later.
